You can purchase excellent Piálek and Jäger wines in our bistro or at reception. These are small wineries run by two friends who remain faithful to their winemaking tradition, experimenting with modern technology, but still producing their varietal wines with humility and, above all, sufficient patience – they do not rush them, giving them as much time as they need. It is precisely thanks to their patience, small batches, and respect for tradition that they are a highly regarded winery.

Typical Zweigeltrebe from the Znojmo sub-region. A lighter red wine with dominant fruitiness, small red fruits, forest fruits. The character of the wine is supported by a shorter maturation in older oak barrels.
