Your Reservation

We reserve the right to accept or refuse a reservation entirely at our discretion.

Your contract with us begins when we issue you with a reservation confirmation. Your contract with us is governed by the terms set out below.

All reservations are formally confirmed when we issue you with a reservation confirmation. Your reservation confirmation will state the accommodation you have booked, the date of your reservation, the number of guests and the total amount of your reservation. We will send the reservation confirmation to you by email.

As the person making the reservation, you are responsible for all members of your party. You, as the person responsible for your party, must be over 18 years of age at the time of booking.

Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

If you wish to cancel a confirmed reservation, you must notify us by email at info@mycamp.cz. Your reservation will be cancelled with effect from the date on which we receive your telephone call, email or written notice and will be subject to the cancellation charges set out below:

Camping pitch:

• More than 7 days – No charge
• 7 days or fewer – 100% of the total reservation fee

CampHouse, Tiny House, Caravan, Tunnel Tent, Bungalow:

Number of days before the reservation start date

• More than 21 days – No charge
• 21 days or fewer – 100% of the total reservation fee

Standards of Conduct and Rules of Stay

Use of Accommodation

The accommodation (Tiny House, Camp House, bungalows, tunnel tents and camping pitches for caravans) is intended exclusively for guests’ recreational stays. It may not be used for business, commercial or other activities unrelated to a recreational stay.

Order and Cleanliness

Guests are required to keep camping pitches, accommodation and their equipment clean and tidy. At the end of the stay, the accommodation and its equipment must be left in a condition consistent with normal use.

Guest Conduct

Neither the accommodation nor the campsite premises may be used for activities that are dangerous, illegal, excessively noisy or otherwise disturb the stay of other guests. Guests are required to behave considerately and must not inconvenience or restrict other campsite visitors through their conduct. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 p.m.

Smoking and Use of Open Flames

Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas of the accommodation. This prohibition also applies to electronic cigarettes. Smoking is permitted only in the outdoor areas belonging to the rented accommodation, on individual camping pitches with due consideration for other guests, in the restaurant’s outdoor seating area and in the vicinity of the sanitary facilities.

The use of candles, tea lights, fireworks, sky lanterns and other items presenting an increased fire risk is prohibited in the accommodation and on camping pitches.

Barbecuing and Cooking

Barbecues may only be used outdoors and must be positioned so as not to damage surfaces or endanger the safety of persons or property. The use of barbecues, gas cookers or other open-flame appliances inside tents, glamping accommodation or other enclosed spaces is prohibited unless they form part of the equipment provided by the operator.

Dogs and Other Pets

Dogs are welcome at the campsite. However, throughout the stay they must remain under the control of their owner and be kept on a lead. Owners are required to clean up after their dogs immediately. For hygiene reasons, dogs are not permitted to use beds, sofas or other furnishings intended for guests to sit or sleep on.

Charging Electric Vehicles

Charging electric vehicles from the electrical systems of the accommodation or from the electrical hook-ups on camping pitches is not permitted. Electric vehicles may only be charged at the charging station located on the right-hand side at the entrance to the site, opposite the municipal waste collection point.

Weapons

The possession, use, storage or keeping of firearms, ammunition and other weapons is not permitted on the campsite premises, in the accommodation or in parked vehicles, except where permitted by law.

Our Right to Require You to Leave

We may terminate our contract with you and require you to leave the Accommodation and the Site immediately (without entitlement to any compensation) if:

• we believe that you or your party have committed a serious breach of these terms;
• we believe that your behaviour or the behaviour of your party endangers the safety of our visitors or employees;
• complaints are made about antisocial, offensive or unacceptable behaviour by you or your party;
• you or your party cause unreasonable damage to the property or its contents.

Events Beyond Our Control

We are not responsible for any failure to perform our obligations under these terms where such failure is caused by an event beyond our control.

An event beyond our control means any act or event beyond our reasonable control, including, without limitation, adverse weather, drought, fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, landslide, pandemic, epidemic or other natural disaster, strikes or industrial action by third parties, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, war or threat of war, civil unrest, riots, invasion, or failure of public or private telecommunications networks.

Data Protection

We will process the personal data you provide in connection with this activity for the purpose of communicating with you about your reservation. From time to time, we may also ask you for feedback to help us improve your future experience with us.
